Seating people is a handy job, not a favorable one especially since you are the host here. If the games get bigger, it is even more difficult to manage. Lay down a few simple rules before and stick to them. As you know all your guests, you should have a fair idea of how to set up everyone at the appropriate place fairly.

Shuffling and Dealing

Strictly follow these norms. If you do not want any ugly scenes, make sure that the cards are constantly being dealt and shuffled and there is a lot of movement. Also remember to shuffle your players around too when things are getting heated up at a particular table. Letting anybody stay too long at a table is not the best of scenarios you want to end up in.

Just remember that you are up against professional players only once in a blue moon and a majority of players you play against fall into the high profit bracket. Exploit their weaknesses and emotions and be a winner all the way.
