Good news is, you will not encounter these kinds of games 95% of the time. So, bet on the probability of not playing such a game but do not ever bet your money on such a game unless you are a pro!

When you sit down at a table for a game of poker and cannot work out the methods and tactics of your opponents then the joke is on you, meaning that the odds are they will be able to easily figure you out, and the odds are totally stacked against you.

You totally ought to be able to settle on the playing styles and techniques of your opponents. Once you do that, you can decide what approach you need to employ if you want to beat them and what changes to your play you need to make to fine tune it to beat them.

To put it simply, all players of poker or for that matter any game of chance have their flaws, it is only a matter of figuring them out and exploiting them.
