Le started out as any good finance major would, playing the $20/$40 limit hold em games at the Hustler Casino in Los Angeles where is currently residing today. It was a great place for Le to master his skills and learn the behaviors that he brings to the tables today when he plays.

2004 proved to be a great year for Le as he won his first Word poker Tour (WPT) event and earned him self over $1,500,000, not too shabby for a days work. 2005 was showing to be a promising year for Le as well; he finished in first place at the World Poker Tour Season 3 Championship and walked away with earnings just over $2,800,000. Le also went on to win the World Poker Tour (WPT) Battle of Champions III Event where he defeated Eli Elezra in the final heads-up confrontation.

With those major wins under his belt, Le became the all time leading money winner on the World Poker Tour, but he has since lost that rank as Daniel Negreanu now holds the title.
