Sverre Krogh Sundbø was born in 1981, in his hometown, Oslo Norway. He is a professional Norwegian poker player. He came in 2nd at the European Poker Championships held in London in the year 2005. He hosted a Norwegian television show called NM I poker on TVNorge. He has also made many appearances on other Norwegian TV programs to promote poker games and tournaments. Sverre commentated on the Norwegian and International European Poker Tour shows. He is currently working as a sports reporter at the Norwegian Broadcasting Channel NRK.

Sundbø’s ProRank position is 4483, and his total live tournament winnings as of the year 2008 exceed $470,000. As of right now he does not have any WSOP bracelets or first place finishes, but he has had 5 money finishes in the World Series of  Poker, and 1 money finish in the European Poker Tour.

Sverre Krogh Sundbø played no limit hold’em in the Norwegian Poker Championship held on April 28th 2008. He finished in 2nd place in this event and won a prize of $6,693. He was defeated by Tony G, another professional poker player during heads-up play. The buy in was £200, and there were 85 entries. Finishing right behind him was Ivar Borthen coming in 3rd place, Mads Amot coming in 4th place, Sondre Sagstuen finishing in 5th place, Vegard Nygaard finishing in 6th place, Oystein Halland finishing in 7th, Jan Svendsen coming in 8th place, and lastly Jan Sorensen finishing in 9th place.  He has had success in his poker tournaments in the past, and it looks like he will keep giving it all he has got in future Poker tournaments around the world. He is a valuable player in the poker game today. Krogh has also had a great deal of success by promoting poker, and poker tournaments on Norwegian TV stations all over.
